I try not to purchase expensive items except for the cash-generating assets, but the last time I was living my life was in 2018, so the prices were affordable af😇

If you see yourself naming the expensive items, you should work on your financial literacy ASAP !

Ps as far as I see a house and a car is the biggest lie that the modern world sells as a luxury , the governments do to tax you for life.

The solution is to relocate to a less populated area to avoid the need for a car (because public transportation is unbearable in a densely populated county), and the house you live in will be better off if it’s a rental. ( I wrote this to remind my near future self 😅🤷🏼‍♂️)
