The financial system is trying to change, but when the foundation is broken, no change can be structured, yes?

Develop a better and more comprehensive economic metric that encourages economies to produce sustainably = most of the problems in the modern world would be fixed by itself incrementally

My perspective is this: any more ideas on this?
