Living with spasticity has taught me

Health is true wealth: Financial independence would be the primary focus of any young person because most young people assume they don’t have to worry about their health. If they achieve financial independence, they could also maintain a somewhat secure health status. Nonetheless, I see clearly that it does not matter if you are young or old; your health is the only wealth you have to improve or maintain daily quality.

Tranquillity has healing power because the human mind’s capabilities are endless, and you are more likely to discover them when you’re not distracted by the “modern “ world 24/7. You can also see the illusion of happiness the world is trying to sell you in various ways. I wouldn’t say I like using the word woke because it has been overused for the past decade, and people love to label people; nonetheless, awareness is a skill that humans should master :))) oh, tranquillity, please meditate for 10 minutes every day, escape the negative energy by earthling.

Consistency with patience: it applies to everything but try to do healthy things more

You would have to ask for help to do even with the easy things at some point in your life; accept it and carry on 🤷🏼‍♂️

Don’t fall for cheesy lines like “You gotta be tough in this world, or they eat you alive. “

Who’s “ they”? We live in the most comfortable era of humanity; we even have robots that work for us 😂

Jokes aside, I think you should be mentally strong so “ tough “ is somewhat meaningful. We are living in the age where we have artificial intelligence so your original intelligence is more important than ever 🙄

Don’t try to control things that you can’t

When the mind feels safe, the muscles relax, and you can use your body more efficiently

Suppose you are physically dependent ( currently ). In that case, you may feel sorry for yourself. OR you can let go of sad emotions and focus on controlling your mind and commanding your brain to control your body. It won’t happen in a day, but it will happen over time, so embrace your journey!!

I have to admit it took me a couple of years to accept the above and embrace my journey

and

I’m still working smart to become a completely independent person ♥️🤷🏼‍♂️

Ps: everything happening in the world is not making the journey any easier, but I would like to think that the more challenging the journey, the greater the rewards

Tbc…
