Do lazy days make you feel rested or unproductive?
I should be careful with this question, although I only speak the truth:
The first three years of my neurorehab( I chose not to intervene until I had enough of the wrongdoings, so pro tip: you’re responsible for your body and mind, no one can know your body better than yourself;), we were unknowingly trying to do what we were doing and I was gratefully receiving physical therapy at home 5-7 days a week for more than 5 years and then I had a thought lighting on my mind and see the brutal truth about physical therapists: you’re their positive cash flow, so longer your recovery more income for them 🤷🏼♂️, unless they are super ethical and humane, and Id like to believe that most of the therapists who I worked with were like that but still therapists are no supernaturals so what they can teach you is limited and I saw a pattern of what they do and stopped receiving therapy from a therapist for a couple of months although I obviously do it with the help from the household since I learned what they do. 🙏🏻🧠
Physiotherapy is an angelic occupation, and there should be a global requirement to practice it. My future self should contact the authorities, if they exist 🙄!
The answer to your question is that I have experienced more miraculous blessings as soon as I stopped working with a therapist and adopted the mindset of “ work lighter and more frequently “. HOWEVER, bear in mind that I gratefully worked every day for years patiently 😉. So I am thankful for all the therapists I worked with!♥️
Tip: If a therapist times you for the neurological therapy, ditch the therapist or propose the wage before meeting with you 🚫
